Ashley Nichols – Promoted to Director of R&D
Ashley Graduated from Carnegie Mellon University, in Pittsburgh, PA with a BS in Material Science Engineering with Minors in E

Ashley Graduated from Carnegie Mellon University, in Pittsburgh, PA with a BS in Material Science Engineering with Minors in Electronic Materials and Industrial Management.

He worked for Honda R&D for 8 years as a Materials Engineer in the Material Research Division, both in the US and Japan.

In April 2007, Ashley took the Materials Engineer position at FloMet because he believed “the position offered a unique opportunity to develop new materials and processes for Metal Injection Molding.”

In June 2008, Ashley  was promoted to the Director of Research and Development to lead new material development projects, create innovations in the MIM process and manage new product development.
