The metal injection molding process starts with the selection or creation of feedstock. At FloMet, we know the properties of each metal and alloy and can guide you in making the best choice for your application. We also excel in producing custom mixed feedstocks of stainless-steel, cobalt and nickel-based alloys to produce metal parts with maximum strength and versatility. Our batch atmosphere furnaces deliver the most consistent stainless steel and low-carbon ferrous alloys in the industry.

¿Cuál es el material adecuado para su producto? |

El proceso del MIM comienza con la selección o creación de la materia prima. En FloMet, sabemos que las propiedades de cada metal y aleación pueden ayudarle a maximizar los resultados durante la aplicación de su parte o componente. De hecho poseemos la única patente de Acero Inoxidable libre de níquel en la industria del MIM.
También producimos excelentes aleaciones de otros aceros inoxidables, mezclas de cobalto y níquel que ayudan a producir partes y componentes metálicos con la máxima fortaleza y versatilidad. Nuestros hornos producen el acero de mayor consistencia y bajo contenido de carbón en el mercado.
